Non Inertial Dark Matter Black Holes seem to Strip most Dark Matter from the smallest in the Bullet Cluster
According to Q-FFF Theory: All Dark Matter can be called Black holes. Even Sunspots and Ball Lightning are assumed to be Dark Matter Black Holes.
